Favorite books in 2009
1. The Little Red Riders Book: an order list of stars from the music page. Much confusion in the transition from "sex, drugs and r'n'r" the new age: Coldplay, for instance, order 48 bottles of beer, vodka ... and "organic soup." (Thanks to J & A for the gift)
2. 100% rock. The ultimate encyclopedia of rock postdictatorship (Robert Hammond): a modern version of the classic Uruguayan "Hold on" that was published in the '60s here. Sanfilipo a little, too;). 7. 1890-1900 Anthology of Decadence (Lorrain, Huysmans, Schwob et al): to it not grabbed when it came out and I came across by chance this year. I loved it. It was the book that gave this year. "The lover of tuberculosis", brilliant.
8. How to Dress for Every Occasion, by The Pope: a book bought at an outlet of McSweeney's, where the Pope pulls esclesiƔstica fashion tips.
9. McSweeney's! : as ever, something good in each edition. At 30, there is a story of the actor half indie / mainstream half the time, Michael Cera, that is fine! (Surprise).
